Tokyo, Japan – March 30th, 2018 – Morpho, Inc. (hereinafter, “Morpho”) and Nekojarashi Inc. (hereinafter “Nekojarashi”) will announce the beta version of the new cloud platform, “Setaria Video Processing (tentative name)”, which is currently under joint development. The target customers of the beta version of “Setaria Video Processing” are mainly business operators engaging in post-production, broadcasting, OTT*1, and handling videos. The service enables users to use the video processing technologies of Morpho in a cloud environment.
The cloud service will be displayed and introduced at NAB Show 2018 in Las Vegas, USA from April 9th to 12th, 2018, where Morpho and Nekojarashi will jointly participate. In addition to the said cloud service, other products and technologies for broadcasting and OTT companies will also be exhibited.
*1: OTT is an abbreviation of “Over The Top”, the term used for video and audio services delivered over the Internet as well as service providers which deliver that content.
About the beta version of the cloud platform “Setaria Video Processing”
The service will enable users to use the video processing technologies of Morpho, which are provided to the video and broadcasting industry, in a cloud environment. The service can be linked with AWS S3, Azure, IBM Cloud, Google Cloud Storage and other cloud services.
